I've removed your aocnuct Ken so you shouldn't get any more updates. The forum and blog has never been linked but if anyone registers and aocnuct in this blog the default role of the aocnuct will be Subscriber . I'm using a WordPress plugin that e-mails the updates to subscribers but since you pointed out there is no way to unsubscribe directly though the e-mail I will disable the plugin until I find one that works properly. Sorry for the inconvenience!
